You can view updates, events, news, pay taxes (property/water), and apply for certificates online. The portal is for information and services only. 2. Your Responsibilities Provide correct information while using any service (such as tax payment or certificate applications). Do not misuse the portal by entering false details or spreading wrong information. Respect other citizens and the Gram Panchayat while using communication features (if available). 3. Taxes & Payments Property Tax, Water Tax, and other Gram Panchayat fees can be paid through this portal. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable (as per Gram Panchayat rules). You will receive a digital receipt for every payment. 4. Data & Privacy Your personal data (like name, phone number, property details) is kept safe and confidential. Data will be used only for Gram Panchayat services and not shared with outsiders. Please check our Privacy Policy for more details. 5. Service Availability The portal depends on internet and technology; sometimes services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues. The Gram Panchayat will try to restore services quickly. 6. Certificates & Applications Birth, Death, Residence, and other certificates can be applied for online. Processing time depends on Gram Panchayat rules and staff approval. Citizens will be notified when the certificate is ready. 7. Citizen Support You can contact your Gram Panchayat Office for help if you face any issues. Support is available via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at the Panchayat office. 8.
